Recently, People’s Committee of Can Tho city enacted Decision No 77/2006/QD-UBND dated 22 December 2006 regarding the issuance of interdepartmental co-operation regulations on the business registration, seals registration and tax registration certificates issuance according to the OSS mechanism at Department of Planning and Investment. Accordingly, this decision comes into effect from 2 January 2007.

Regulations issued accompanying the Decision stipulate the order, guiding procedure, dossiers reception and handling and results return for the business registration, seals registration and tax registration certificates issuance for enterprises according to the OSS mechanism at one starting units which is Department of Planning and Investment.

The city’s Tax Department and Police in collaboration with Department of Planning and Investment implement the instruction, the dossiers reception and results return at the OSS place; simultaneously handle difficulties and suggestions of enterprises relating to the business registration, seals registration and tax registration certificates issuance according to law stipulations.

Units stated above are responsible for assigning qualified, capable, experienced and virtuous cadres to receive and process dossiers at the OSS placed at the business registration office of Department of Planning and Investment on Monday, Wednesday and Friday weekly.

Due for the OSS to return results to businesses with 3 items which are business registration, seals registration and tax registration certificates is maximum of 10 working days from the day dossiers are received in full.

Businesses having need for affairs handling, queries for procedures could access the website of the city PAR Steering Committee (the address of the web: www.cchccantho.gov.vn) and email address: cchccantho@cantho.gov.vn or fill in forms and send email to Department of Planning and Investment (the email address: sokhdt@cantho.gov.vn) for instruction; Department of Planning and Investment is responsible for guiding in specific and replying to enterprises for procedures and dossiers completion and submission to the OSS.
